Terms for advertising space

Payment is not refundable

Once a payment goes through it is final. The space runs for the days you paid, then ends on its own: there is no renewal, no invoice after it, and nothing to cancel.

The one thing we owe you is the days: if a space you paid for does not go up, we put it up by hand and add back the days it lost.

What you are buying

• one of the 20 spaces beside the prices, for 30, 60 or 90 days
• genburn puts you in a free space. The position is not for sale and you do not pick it. They all cost the same
• if every space is taken, you are booked: the space goes up on its own the morning the first one frees up, and the dates are on your page from the moment you pay
• a space never gives you a row, a rank or a mention in the price tables

What goes in it

You give us a name, one line of at most 40 characters, a link and a logo. You can change any of them, as often as you like, for as long as the space is yours.

Nothing of yours runs inside the space: it is text and one image, drawn by us. No script, no tracker, no frame, and we pass you nothing about the people who see it.

We can refuse a name, a line, a link or a logo. If we do, we tell you why and ask for another one: the space stays yours and the days keep running.

Paying

The payment is taken by Stripe, which also issues the invoice and handles the tax. The price you see is the price you pay: tax is inside it, not added on top.
